The wife of the decapitated man found on Hermitage Avenue in July surrendered herself to Metro Police this afternoon.
The Davidson County Grand Jury has charged 35 year old Ashly Elizabeth Thompson with Accessory After the Fact in her husbands murder.
Thompson's husband Erman was found beheaded in July. Henry James Baxter who lived with Erman and his wife was arrested the next day.
Baxter did admitted to shooting Mr. Thompson then using a shovel to detach his head from the body.
Ashly Thompson has been jailed. Her bond is set at $10,000.
Baxter remains in jail on First-Degree Murder and Abuse of a Corpse charges. He is being held on $750,000 bond.

Body found in Percy Priest Lake

SMYRNA, Tenn. (AP) -- Authorities say a body has been found in Percy Priest Lake in Middle Tennessee.
WSMV-TV (http://bit.ly/16gYKys) reports officials with Metro Police, the Office of Emergency Management and Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency were at the scene Saturday at Hole In The Wall Island. The body was reported to authorities about 11 a.m.
TWRA officials say they believe the deceased man is a boater who disappeared in the lake two weeks ago.
Police said the agencies coordinated with each other to get a boat in the water and recover the body.
