Nicholas Griffin, 20, has been charged with the homicide of Henry Moore by Metro Police, according to court records obtained by FOX 17 News.
Last Friday, managers at Yellow Cab say Moore was dispatched to 10th Avenue North to pick up a woman who said she needed to get a sick child to the hospital.
Griffin called police to give information about who was involved in the shooting. Fortunately for police, he called from the phone that last called Moore before the murder.
Griffin admitted to detectives, and his mother, of his and other accomplices' involvement in the robbery and murder of Moore.
Griffin is in the Metro Jail on $750,000 bond.
