A Middle Tennessee Endangered Child Alert is being issued for 6 year-old Cadence Summers, 5 year-old Clayton Summers, and 2 year-old Olivia Summers by the Lafayette Police Department.
Cadence is a white female, brown hair and brown eye color. She is 4'2" tall and weighs 52 lbs. Clayton is a white male, brown hair and brown eye color. He is 4' tall and weighs 52 lbs. Olivia is a white female, blonde hair and brown eye color. She is 3' tall and weighs 29 lbs.
On November 21, the children were to be placed into custody with their father. Prior to this they were taken by their non-custodial mother, Lashawna Summers. Lashawna is a white female with brown hair and hazel eyes. She is 5'5" tall and weighs 115lbs. They may be traveling in a 1997 maroon Ford Expedition with TN license plate 436DJS. Man charged with faking marriage to visit inmate

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (AP) -- Washington County authorities say a man faked a marriage certificate so he could visit a woman held in the Johnson City Detention Facility.
The Johnson City Press (http://bit.ly/14QBr9L ) reports investigators discovered the ruse after the May 14 visit by 32-year-old Robert S. Hicks of Elizabethton. Hicks was arrested Tuesday on a charge of criminal simulation. He was jailed at the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $10,000 bond, pending a court appearance Wednesday.
