About 60 children will be treated to a morning of shopping by the FOP Andrew Jackson Police Youth Camp at 8 a.m. at the Wal-Mart at Nolensville Rd and Harding Pk. The children and the police "elves" will then go to the FOP Lodge at 440 Welshwood Drive to wrap the presents and have some lunch.
The children have been identified by police officers who have come into contact with them through the year.
The Shop with a Cop program is an extension of Lodge 5's Youth Camp Service Project that reaches out to boys and girls who officers see through their work. Andrew Jackson Lodge 5 of the Fraternal Order of Police is an organization made up of full-time and retired full time law enforcement.

Body found in Percy Priest Lake

SMYRNA, Tenn. (AP) -- Authorities say a body has been found in Percy Priest Lake in Middle Tennessee.
WSMV-TV (http://bit.ly/16gYKys) reports officials with Metro Police, the Office of Emergency Management and Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency were at the scene Saturday at Hole In The Wall Island. The body was reported to authorities about 11 a.m.
TWRA officials say they believe the deceased man is a boater who disappeared in the lake two weeks ago.
Police said the agencies coordinated with each other to get a boat in the water and recover the body.
