MIAMI, Florida - Just hours off the distressed Carnival cruise ship the Triumph and one passenger has already filed a lawsuit. In the 9-page complaint, the Texas resident describes the trip back as "living in a floating toilet". The Triumph docked Thursday night around 9pm Central. The 4000 people on board are starting to share their stories, saying trash was piled in the bottom of the boat 30 feet high, sewage wouldn't stop flowing in bathrooms and murky water was seen floating through the halls. Shelbyville native Brannon Potts was on board and is still in Mobile. His dad, Mark, tells FOX17 he was so excited when his son finally made it back to dry land.
"Because of what everybody was saying was how wonderful the crew had been throughout this episode," says Potts. "I was just really pleased."
Passengers say there were a few fights on board because some were still drinking. Others were caught hoarding food.

Body found in Percy Priest Lake

SMYRNA, Tenn. (AP) -- Authorities say a body has been found in Percy Priest Lake in Middle Tennessee.
WSMV-TV (http://bit.ly/16gYKys) reports officials with Metro Police, the Office of Emergency Management and Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency were at the scene Saturday at Hole In The Wall Island. The body was reported to authorities about 11 a.m.
TWRA officials say they believe the deceased man is a boater who disappeared in the lake two weeks ago.
Police said the agencies coordinated with each other to get a boat in the water and recover the body.
