WBFF Fox 45 :: Did Mindy McCready's Final Recording Foreshadow Her Death?
A private investigator  says he was working with Mindy McCready on a video for a  song called "I'll See You Yesterday".  The investigator, Danno Hanks, has worked with McCready since her appearance on Celebrity Rehab.   Hanks posted the song with haunting lyrics early Monday morning.  Some of the lyrics seem to leave a haunting message, foreshadowing the troubled singer's death.

Let's get lost in our memories that's the safest place we can be.
Yeah this is, the end of our story I don't want to read it. I just want to keep it.
I was your sunlight. But now I'm just a shade.
I was your blue sky now I’m just the rain.
I was your favorite song but now I’m all the pain.
And if tomorrows gonna be the same, I’ll see you yesterday.

I'll see you yesterday I'll see you in my dreams.
And in every single moment you meant something to me.
Just like a photograph, I'll keep the very best
Baby that's the way I will remember you.

Hanks says McCready was excited about the song which she received from a fan.  He also said she made sure to let him know the royalties from the song would go to the fan who wrote the song.  A detail he says didn't seem important at the time, but he know thinks she may have been trying to tell him something.Did Mindy McCready's Final Recording Foreshadow Her Death?

Houston brother will be his own attorney in court
June 18, 2013 13:02 GMT

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- A Roane County man will face federal gun violation charges next month without an attorney.

The Knoxville News Sentinel (http://bit.ly/17VlXpM ) reported Rocky Joe Houston will represent himself on a charge of possession of a gun by a felon.

The charge came after Houston earlier represented himself in state court on charges stemming from a police chase. He was convicted of evading arrest and reckless endangerment.

Houston and his brother, Leon Houston, were tried, but not convicted, in the 2006 shooting deaths of a Roane County deputy and his ride-along companion.

In federal court, Rocky Joe Houston is claiming the officer who charged him with the felony had no legal authority.
