Tuesday morning those 7 men and 5 women along with three alternates will begin hearing arguments in the 1st degree murder case against Lindsey Lowe.
The case has received so much attention Judge Dee David Gay's office brought in 180 potential jurors.
Nearly all of them had heard about Lowe and several expressed that they had already made up their minds.
"Do you believe you can not be fair and impartial," said Judge Gay to an excused juror.
Lowe's story became well known a year and a half ago when she was charged with smothering two sons she'd just given birth to in her parents' bathroom to keep them from crying.
Prosecutors say Lowe hid the pregnancy from family because the baby's father wasn't Lowe's fiancee.
She faces two 1st degree murder counts plus another two child abuse charges.
Lowe will not face the death penalty if convicted.
"Has anybody talked to anyone that claimed to have firsthand knowledge of this case," asked prosecutor Ray Whitley to the jury pool.
The court asked every potential juror to fill out a questionnaire on what they know about the case.
Defense attorneys questioned jurors about their answers and whether or not their family has had a natural childbirth.
The trial is expected to last 5 days.
Among the key witnesses, the man paternity tests identified as the father of Lowe's children.

Houston brother will be his own attorney in court
June 18, 2013 13:02 GMT
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- A Roane County man will face federal gun violation charges next month without an attorney.
The Knoxville News Sentinel (http://bit.ly/17VlXpM ) reported Rocky Joe Houston will represent himself on a charge of possession of a gun by a felon.
The charge came after Houston earlier represented himself in state court on charges stemming from a police chase. He was convicted of evading arrest and reckless endangerment.
Houston and his brother, Leon Houston, were tried, but not convicted, in the 2006 shooting deaths of a Roane County deputy and his ride-along companion.
In federal court, Rocky Joe Houston is claiming the officer who charged him with the felony had no legal authority.
