XFACTOR returned tonight with performances inspired by divas. The Top 12 had to sing the song of a diva tonight, and we heard many, from Celine Dion to Mariah Carey, Tina Turner and many more. There were several show stoppers tonight. In our chat room, Carly Rose was a favorite. The 13 year old wowed everyone with her version of Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On". Several guys got 2 thumbs up from chatters, many saying Vino Allen's performance was flawless! Tate Stevens was also a favorite. He is the only country singer in the competition and went into the competition at #1 on the leader board. That is something new to XFACTOR. They actually show you who got the most votes, and Tate had that #1 spot coming into the competition this week. Cici Frye was at the bottom. Where they land on the chart is up to you. 2 contestants will be voted off this week. Tune in tomorrow for the results!

Houston brother will be his own attorney in court

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- A Roane County man will face federal gun violation charges next month without an attorney.
The Knoxville News Sentinel (http://bit.ly/17VlXpM ) reported Rocky Joe Houston will represent himself on a charge of possession of a gun by a felon.
The charge came after Houston earlier represented himself in state court on charges stemming from a police chase. He was convicted of evading arrest and reckless endangerment.
Houston and his brother, Leon Houston, were tried, but not convicted, in the 2006 shooting deaths of a Roane County deputy and his ride-along companion.
In federal court, Rocky Joe Houston is claiming the officer who charged him with the felony had no legal authority.
