We are getting to see more of this years talented Idol hopefuls.
This Wednesday w as a big night on the show and major eliminations were made.

We got to see Murfreesboro's Colton Dixon perform solo for the judges. He was placed in "group one" which did make it on to the next round of the competition. This is Colton's second year on Idol. It is also his sister Schyler's second year on the show.  Idol didn't show her perform, but you did see her jumping up and down when "group two" was told they also made it through to the next round.

Another Nashville gal pushing forward in the competition is Baylie Brown.
Brown was in "group two" with Schyler. Next up for the contestants is Las Vegas!

But it wasn't all good news on Idol. The pressures of group round proved too much for many of the contestants. Many were ill, while others were just simply exhausted. We saw where two more hopefuls fainted this week.
