Notably Nashville’s Fudge Cake
Ingredients:
2 Cups of Sugar
½ cup cocoa
salt to taste
2 sticks of butter, melted
4 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup White Lilly Flour
1 Cup Chopped Pecans (optional)

First mix:
2 cups sugar
½ cup cocoa
salt to taste
Mix Well
Then add:
4 eggs and
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Then stir in:
1 cup White Lily Flour
Now fold in 1 cup chopped pecans (the pecans are optional – so if you are making it for someone who doesn’t care for nuts just leave them out)
Lastly, spoon this mixture into a 9 x 13 baking dish lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray at bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
Top your cake with your favorite topping, chocolate syrup, strawberries, cherries, and maybe even whip cream!!
