Fiesta Grill All American Burger

1# Lean Ground Beef  85/15
2 tbsp Heinz 57 Sauce
1&1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 small onion (diced fine)
1-2 eggs
Kosher salt (to taste)
Fresh cracked pepper (to taste)

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Add one egg at a time. You will be able to tell one egg wil be enough. Divide into four equal portions, and pat flat. Grill over medium heat 5-6 minutes on each side or till the internal temperature reaches 160*

Note: I like to add fresh cracked peppers to the outside of my burgers, it gives a peppery bust with each bit. You can even mix black and white peppercorns for even more flavor.
