Sugar and Spice Pecans

 

½ cup sugar

2 tablespoons cinnamon

½ teaspoon salt

1 egg white

3 cups pecan halves

 

Mix the sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl. Beat the egg white in a bowl until foamy. Add the pecans and mix well. Spread in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 7 to 10 minutes. Cool and store in an airtight container.
