Dino Nowak's Sugar Free/Low Fat Pumpkin Pie Filling

 

1 15 oz can pumpkin

11/4 c. Splenda

12 oz. can Condensed fat free milk

3 eggs

¾  tsp baking powder

2 Tbs Cinnamon

1 Tsp Clove

1 Tsp Nutmeg

 

Blend all ingredients in to a mixing bowl and whisk until well blended.  Pour into a pre made piecrust.  Bake for 55 minutes at 350 degrees.  Turn off oven and let pie cool down while in the oven.  Cut into 10 slices and serve with Light whipped topping.
