Mardi Gras Mambo Salad with Shrimp

 

2 oz Chopped Romaine

2 oz Spring Mix or Mixed Baby Greens

1 Roma Tomato cut in quarter wedges

4 Bias slices of English Cucumber

4 Rings of sliced Red Onion

1 oz of Kalamatta Olives (Pitted)

½ oz Bacon Bits

½ oz Sliced Mushrooms

2 oz Blue Cheese Crumbles

1 oz Season Croutons

¼ oz Pecan Pieces

4 oz Your Choice of Dressing (Our Cane Syrup Vinaigrette is Recommended)

6 26/30 Roasted Peeled & De-veined Shrimp (Optional)

 

Preparation:

1.           Place Romaine & Greens in Personal serving bowl

2.           Place Tomatoes at 12, 3, 6 & 9 O-clock around salad

3.           Place Cucumber at 10, 2, 5 & 7 O-clock around salad

4.           Top with Mushrooms

5.           Top with Blue Cheese

6.           Top with Kalamatta Olive

7.           Top with Bacon Bits

8.           Top with Croutons

9.           Top with Pecan Pieces

10.       Add your choice of Dressing

11.       Top with Shrimp and Serve
