Seafood Gumbo

 

4 oz Steamed White Rice

12 Peeled & De-veined 70/90 ct. Shrimp

10 oz John Folse Seafood Gumbo Base

1 Breaded Oyster

 

Preparation

1.                             Heat John Folse Seafood Gumbo base in sauce pan

2.                             Steam or sauté shrimp

3.                             Fry Breaded Oyster

4.                             Place steamed Rice in 6 oz soup cup and pack tight

5.                             Turn soup cup up side down in center of large soup bowl

6.                             Remove cup

7.                             Place shrimp around rice

8.                             Top shrimp with seafood gumbo

9.                             Place Breaded Oyster on rice and serve
