Wasabi Sesame Lamb

1 Rack per person

Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Sear on medium high for 3 minutes on each side

Mix 3 tbls. wasabi mix and 2 tbls. of water and 1/2 cup of honey on each side

Cover with seame seeds

Bake 15 minutes at 400 for medium rare

Ladle juice over from vegetables 

 

Black Rice

1 cup water per 1/2 cup rice

2 tbls. of butter

2 tsp. of salt

3 tbls. of olive oil

Cover pan with suran wrap and then foil, bake at 400 for an hour

 

Orange Ginger Vegetables

red peppers, yellow peppers, bok choi and green beans

Juice from 2 oranges

1/4 cup soy

2 tbls. of olive oil

2 tsp. of diced fresh ginger

saute on medium high with oil and ginger, add vegetables and soy
