New Restrictions for Soldiers with Tattoos

(FOX NEWS) The Army considers tattoos to be part of soldiers' uniforms.
As with any uniform, there's certain guidelines you need to follow.
And now it's imposing tighter restrictions on tattoos covering faces, heads, necks, hands, fingers, and even wrists.
All those areas are now off limits.
Also, members with more than four visible tattoos below the knee or elbow will not be able to move into commissioned ranks.
Soldiers with prohibited tattoos who are already enlisted will be able to keep them.
