It's a shock to the tiny town. 73 year old Patricia Collins was found murdered inside her home. Her little brick house with the red door that was for sale is now covered in crime scene tape. Collins was recently widowed and lived alone on the quiet street. She's being remembered fondly by neighbors. Neighbors we spoke with say they hadn't seen Collins all week. A friend found her dead Thursday morning and quickly called police. Police say she may have been murdered days ago.

The Medical Examiner is still trying to determine exactly how Collins was murdered. Right now police are tracking leads and talking to neighbors. If you know anything call the Coffee County Sheriff's Department.
