Freeze Warning, Cumberland Plateau Advisory

Winter-like conditions will be possible for middle Tennessee this weekend. A freeze warning is in effect for Friday and Saturday night. Temperatures will drop to around the freezing mark in Nashville and upper 20s outside the metro area. Saturday night will be even colder with temperatures dropping as low as the mid-20s outside the metro. Breezy NW winds will add to the chill. In addition to the cold, rain showers along the Cumberland Plateau will change over to light snow overnight.

Hunters Point, Station Camp Creek Boat Ramps to Close for Three Weeks

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn.-- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Old Hickory Lake announced the closing of Hunters Point Boat Ramp in Lebanon today and the closing of Station Camp Creek Boat Ramp in Gallatin beginning on Wednesday November 6th. 

Public access to the boat ramps are due to the pouring and replacement of concrete slabs used on the ramps. The sites will remain closed for about three weeks in order to cure properly.
