MADISON, Tenn. -- A man is in the hospital with critical wounds after being attacked with a ceramic bunny.

Metro Police say 22-year-old Leobardo Rucker attacked his victim at the 300 block of Nixs Drive on December 20 over a set of keys. The police affidavit says Rucker got on top of the victim and began to choke him and hit the victim in the head with the bunny.

The victim went to Sky Line Hospital with critical head wounds.

Allegedly, Rucker made statements to the victims and witnesses stating "I will end this now." The victim and witnesses had to plea with the defendant to stop.

Rucker is in the Davidson County Jail on $75,000 bond for aggravated assault.
