YONKERS, New York - New information tonight on Sunday's deadly New York train derailment. We're now learning the train's engineer told investigators he was in a daze before the crash. New York Police say fatigue may have been a factor in the accident. NTSB says they have ruled out brakes as having any role in the train that killed 4 people and injured 67 others.
