NASHVILLE, Tenn. - If you are home right now, you have gotten through one of the busiest days to travel on the roads. The Sunday after Thanksgiving is said to be even busier than the day before Thanksgiving. AAA expected that 43.4 million people would travel during Thanksgiving break. Of those, it said 90% would be driving. A survey found more than 30% of people said they would be traveling by air on Sunday. Here in Nashville, it was a different story. Travelers said they had trouble coming into the airport for Thanksgiving due to weather, but traveling back was not too bad. AAA said Sunday is usually a busy day because people tend to have Friday off and then stay with their family until Sunday when they have to return to work Monday.
