Ben Briley said, " It's been a crazy ride leading up to this point. "   The 24-year-old, Gallatin native stopped in Fox 17 studios to share his experience before heading out.   Briley explained, "It's been a very humbling experience, I am extremely excited about it."   The excitement only came after years of determination. This is the third time Briley has tried out for American Idol. This time around, Ben went to Orlando and won the Idol Experience. Briley describes it as a mini-version of American Idol. His victory was awarded with a ticket to pass the Season 13 audition lines in Atlanta.   Ben Briley said, I've got it, might as well who knows where this could lead."   Now, its leading him straight to Hollywood, after impressing the judges.   Briley added, " I was just focused on the music. If I can stay true to that then I think I will do all right."   Courtney Briley, Bens wife said, "There's no one who deserves it more. "   Courtney is one of Bens biggest fans. The couple married this past June, after meeting at Middle Tennessee State University.   Courtney said, "I'm a firm believer that this is God's way of leading us somewhere really good and we're really blessed."   Ben is a singer, songwriter and guitarist. He usually performs country music, but says he is always willing to branch out. He graduated from MTSU studying Public Relations and Broadcast Journalism as his back-up plan.   Ben explained, " Plan number one was to play music the rest of my life and make a living and support my family.
