FOX News-- A mother in Detroit says her 8-year-old autistic son has been told not to bring his bible to school and accuses the school of putting him in time out for 13 hours a week as well as refusing him lunch.

Jessica Cross says her son Jason was told the bible is only for church and not for school, yet her 6-year-old daughter was given a worksheet which read "My dad drinks wine. He puts a lime in his wine. It makes my mom smile."  Jessica says her daughter asked her why a daddy drinking wine would make mommy happy?
