Freeze Warning, Cumberland Plateau Advisory

Winter-like conditions will be possible for middle Tennessee this weekend. A freeze warning is in effect for Friday and Saturday night. Temperatures will drop to around the freezing mark in Nashville and upper 20s outside the metro area. Saturday night will be even colder with temperatures dropping as low as the mid-20s outside the metro. Breezy NW winds will add to the chill. In addition to the cold, rain showers along the Cumberland Plateau will change over to light snow overnight.

EXCLUSIVE: Volunteer Talks About Missing Money for Sandy Hook Charity - Erika Lathon

A Nashville endurance runner is missing along with thousands of dollars from a charity he co-founded. Volunteers with "26-4- 26" raised money by running a mile for each victim of the Sandy Hook School shooting. A check for thirty thousand dollars was presented to the families last year but volunteers say months later the realized some of the money was missing. Ryan Graney says her co-founder Robbie Bruce had control of the charity's bank account but had no answers about the estimated seventy thousand dollars that was unaccounted for. Ryan says the FBI and State Attorney General's Office are looking into the case.
