Justice delayed turns into justice denied for family and friends of an East Nashville murder victim.  Seven years after Corey Sanders was robbed and shot to death during a marijuana deal, the last three suspects charged in the case faced a judge.

The suspects all pleaded guilty to lesser charges in exchange for their testimony in the trials of three other men police say planned and actually pulled the trigger on the gun that killed Sanders.

Sanders mother and fiancee tell Fox 17 they didn't learn of the plea agreement until the last minute.  They think the deal, which allowed the remaining suspects to be released with time served and probation is an injustice.  Metro prosecutors say they wouldn't have been able to get first degree murder convictions against the ''most culpable'' suspects without testimony from the men who pleaded guilty on Friday.
