NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Unfortunately when the temperature drops this low, it can lead to problems with your heating unit. Clay McKinney says he's always busy this time of year repairing units with Midstate Air Conditioning and Heating. That includes this stop in Bellevue to repair a defective temperature sensor. McKinney says you can help avoid repair calls if you have your unit serviced once a year. McKinney says common problems he runs into are dirty coils and defective heating unit parts.
