Stream Fox 17 newscasts LIVE starting with Fox 17 This Morning at 5 am and News at 9 pm.

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - Crews are currently clearing the slush and ice off of slick roadways. The worst is over, so we think. Clarksville emergency officials are keeping a close eye on places like the Red River, at flood stage. Up in Kentucky, there are bigger problems in the aftermath of this winter storm. There's still snow and ice on the ground in many places. Off Maple Lane, the Watkins family is dealing with some damage. Around 7pm last night a massive tree came crashing down onto their carport. It slammed through the roofing and took out some of the foundation. There will be some cleanup ahead for them, but they're just glad no one got hurt. Crews are worried the carport is not sturdy and could come crashing down in the cleanup, so they're going to play it safe and start by cutting away at the branches tomorrow morning. It wasn't just downed trees folks were dealing with today. There were also downed power lines.
