Man-gagement Rings Hot Trend

A growing number of women are "putting a ring on it." A survey from XO Group Inc., which own the wedding website "The Knot," found that five percent of engaged men are wearing "man-gagement rings."

According to The Atlantic, man-gagement rings actually are not new. Back in the 1920's jewelry companies tried to increase their business by getting men to wear engagement rings, too. The rings even had macho names like "the Master," "the Stag," and "the Pilot." But the rings never took off.
