Stream Fox 17 newscasts LIVE starting with Fox 17 This Morning at 5 am and News at 9 pm.

FOX News-- A Canadian non-profit has installed vending machines in Vancouver which sell crack pipes. Priced at 25-cents each, the hope is the vending machines will prevent the spread of disease due to sharing drug paraphernalia.
