NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Another Nashville business owner is arrested after police raid stores for synthetic opiates this week.

Mohammad Amer is the fifth arrest in the case where Metro Police found close to 3,000 bottles of liquid "relaxation shots" in five businesses. Amer is the owner of Rum Wholesale on Dickerson Pike. There, police found significant quantities of the illegal substance.

Mina Yousef of Market Discount Tobacco & Beer on Robinson Road, Jimmy Patel of Madison Discount Tobacco & Beer on Gallatin Pike and Hanna Anki of Litton's Corner Market on Gallatin Pike were arrested March 17. Their businesses are padlocked.

An employee of Amer, Rabea Aldheleai,  was also arrested after police found the suspect placing boxes of the merchandise in a car per Amer's orders.

The substances being sold from the stores mimic the effect of opiates. In 2013, Mitragynine and similar chemicals in the product were made illegal to manufacture, distribute or sell.
