Stream WZTV Fox 17 Newscasts LIVE starting with Fox 17 This Morning at 5am and News at 9pm.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- A woman at the center of a sexual assault case involving a former U.S. Naval Academy football player is expected to take the stand for a second day at the man's court-martial, a day after she testified he had told her they had sex, though she doesn't remember it after a night of drinking.

The woman testified for more than three hours Tuesday on the opening day of the trial for Joshua Tate, a classmate of hers at the Naval Academy. She was expected to take the stand again Wednesday.

Tate, of Nashville, Tenn., faces charges of aggravated sexual assault and lying to investigators in a trial that turns on whether the woman was too drunk to consent to sex during the 2012 party.
