Stream WZTV Fox 17 Newscasts LIVE starting with Fox 17 This Morning at 5am and News at 9pm.

NASHVILLE, Tenn.-- Do you find yourself feeling down during the fall and winter months? You might be suffering from Seasonal Affective Disorder. Though usually referred to as the winter blues, the Mayo Clinic says we shouldn't just "brush it off."

According to the Clinic's site, SAD can make people feel moody, sapping their energy and ever cause depression in spring or early summer. Treatments which include light therapy (phototherapy) and medications are available, but taking precautions to keep your mood steady throughout seasonal changes is also recommended.

FOX 17 This Morning's Justin McFarland is LIVE from 5-9am Wednesday asking you how you deal with the change in seasons and how you keep your mood up?
