ORIGINAL STORY:

A plant explosion has been reported in McEwen, Tenn. around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, on the border of Humphreys County and Hickman County, according to the county's Emergency Management Agency director.

At least four people have been injured.

The explosion took place on a property owned by Accurate Energetic System, which makes explosives for defense, aerospace, mining and oil and gas industries, according to its website.

A building was destroyed. It's reportedly, however, owned by Rio Ammunition, which makes shot gun shells, according to its website.

The area has been barricaded.

The fire is out, but there are brush fires burning around the property, fire officials say.
