NASHVILLE, Tenn.-- A 31-year-old man has been charged with aggravated child endangerment after he unbuckled a one-year-old boy who was sitting in a car seat then "tossed the car seat out of the car while the child was still in it" according to the police affidavit.

Joseph L. Skinner was driving in the same car with the child's mother, boyfriend and his wife when the group entered into an argument. His wife, who was driving, pulled into a parking lot and the three began physically fighting. In an effort to get the child's mother and her boyfriend out of the car, Skinner unbuckled their child's car seat then threw the boy onto the ground while he was still sitting in the seat.
