Friends of Missing Hermitage Woman in Frantic Search -- Sky Arnold

Stream WZTV Fox 17 Newscasts LIVE starting with Fox 17 This Morning at 5am and News at 9pm.

Hermitage, Tenn --- Friends say Nichole Burgess fit her stage name "Nikki 100 Pounds of Fury."

"She was just one of those spitfire personalities you know," said Shannon Million.

Million says Burgess' personality was a perfect fit for the pin-up modeling world where "Nikki" was a regular at vintage car shoes and even appeared in a pin-up magazine.

"She said her grandmother really taught her all the things she knew, the tricks of the trade for the beauty business," said Million.

Million says something changed about a year ago when Burgess removed every link to social media and stopped appearing as "Nikki."

Million and other friends had no idea Burgess was telling neighbors she was planning to move soon either but that move never happened.

Sometime Friday or Saturday Burgess disappeared from her Hermitage home.

Police say it's suspicious because she left her dogs, purse and car there.

Perhaps even more suspicious, she didn't contact her ex-husband who was keeping her son.

Friend "King Dado" says that's something she'd never do willingly.

"As wild and fun as we all seem to look we're all dedicated family people and she would never leave her child," said Dado.

Dado was so unnerved by the news of the disappearance he started a Facebook page in hopes of spreading attention to it.

"We worry we'll never see her again," said Dado.
