Blackman High School Names New Principal

MURFREESBORO, Tenn.- The Deputy Director of Academics for Wilson County has been named the principal or Blackman High School. 

Dr. Leisa Justus comes to Blackman after 22 years as an educator. The Rutherford County Schools Communications Office made the announcement today, citing her work at Houston High School in Germantown. Under her tenure as principal, Houston HS was ranked the seventh best public high school in the state according to U.S. News. 

Dr. Justus will succeed Gail Vick, who is retiring at the end of the school year.
