Stream WZTV Fox 17 Newscasts LIVE starting with Fox 17 This Morning at 5am and News at 9pm.

The gambling-related shooting death of a man more than four years ago in the 1800 block of 12th Avenue North has landed 21-year-old Keandre Finney behind bars on first-degree murder and aggravated robbery charges.

Terrance Jordan, 34, of Indiana Avenue, was shot to death on the night of April 29, 2010, after he reportedly won a large sum of money during a dice game.

Investigation by Homicide/Cold Case Detective Chuck Robinson led to the indictment being returned against Finney. He was arrested Monday afternoon during a vehicle stop on Heiman Street near 23rd Avenue North. Finney was driving a GMC Jimmy that passed a vehicle in a no passing zone. North Precinct Officer Joseph Maeser took Finney into custody for the outstanding warrants.
