MADISON, Tenn. -- The suspected gunman in a Madison Walmart shooting is behind bars for attempted homicide.

Cager Waggoner IV, 25, of Bordeaux, was admitted into the Davidson County Jail just before 7 p.m. last night for the July 10 shooting of 29-year-old O'Bryan Williams. Metro police say the incident is drug-related. They say Waggoner got into Williams' car and the two began fighting.

Williams was shot multiple times and continues to recover at the hospital.
Waggoner is being held on $250,000 bond. He received an eight-year sentence for cocaine possession last year - most of which was to be served on probation.
