Tennessee Man Allegedly Threatens President Obama, State, Gov't Officials

 NASHVILLE, Tenn.-- A Tennessee man has been arrested for making threats to President Obama, Paul Ryan Mitt Romney a TBI Special agent and Tennessee Homeland Security Director David Purkey. 

In the Davidson County affidavit, Jimmie Randall Johnson Jr. is charged with calling the TN Dept. of Homeland Security and stating he was going to "blow them all up," adding he would "come with an AK and kill all you." Johnson Jr. made the initial threats on July 11th of this year, leaving his name on the messages for identification. He called again on July 12th, this time threatening to "light Nashville up." 

The Secret Service and state authorities obtained records of the calls, which traced them back to Johnson Jr. who was in Hunstsville, Alabama. He admitted to making the calls and leaving the messages.
