NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A man is in jail for assaulting a woman in Davidson County, including pouring a cup of urine on her.

The victim asked the suspect, 26-year-old Anthony Jenkins, to take her to her fathers house yesterday morning, but an argument in the car over the radio allegedly led Jenkins to pull the victim out of the car at a secluded spot on Summerfield Drive in Smyrna, drag her into the bushes, knock her down and hit her in the face. He followed all that up by pouring a cup of urine on her that he just happened to have with him, according to the affidavit.

The victim got back in the car and asked again to go to her father's house. Jenkins instead drove to 73rd Avenue near Murfreesboro and told her to call her father to come pick her up.

The 911 call center reports a hang-up call from the location just before 7 a.m., but Jenkins and the victim struggled over the phone and it hung up.

Jenkins is in the Davidson County Jail on $50,000 bond for aggravated assault with serious bodily injury. The victim suffered injuries to her eye, arm and back.
