Mark Pearcy, one of four men charged in the case is being held without bond but was a no show for Monday's preliminary hearing. Pearcy is under a hold by federal authorities on an unrelated weapons charge.  Judge Ricky Wood scolded prosecutors for not making arrangements to get Peracy to court for the hearing.
