ALABAMA - Alabama is changing its swine flu policy.

State health officials say routine testing for the virus is no longer necessary, because patients with flu-like symptoms most likely have swine flu.

Because of the state lab's limited capacity, testing has been restricted to hospitalized patients, pregnant women and certain others.

More than 99 percent of all samples tested during the past four weeks were positive for swine flu.Swine Flu On the Rise In Alabama
